Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we only provide refunds if the item that you have received does not fit the description provided by us or if you have failed to receive the item. If that is the case, please see below for more information on our return policy.
To initiate a refund, please start off my emailing us at email@example.com with your order number. You must email us within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition that it was received in by the buyer. We reserve the right to deny returns if we deem that the item has been used by the buyer.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return number and form. After receiving the form, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail it to the return address that will be provided to you in the email.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Your return package must be trackable.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
